CAN I SEE FULL EVENTS FROM START TO FINISH ?
Of course you may ! We pride ourselves on the consistency of our work. We understand all photo and video companies post only their best work on social media and website so it is hard to determine how well the company will perform on the wedding day. That is why we highly encourage all clients to view full events from all photo and video companies they meet. Most companies will not give you access to full galleries simply because they do not want you to see the entire work, they do not have a good portfolio / no portfolio at all or because they do not have a gallery platform to share with clients. With Morga Productions you will have access to many full galleries from past clients so you can review our portfolio and find out if our work style is a good fit for your envisioning and wedding.
WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS ?
Our business office hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm CST. We are closed all major holidays.
WOULD YOU DELIVERED ALL THE PICTURES AND VIDEO TAKEN ?
Please note we deliver to the client absolutely all usable/non repeated content shot in the wedding on the final edited photo and video work. Therefore depending on the package the client will be receiving thousands of photos and many hours of video length in the final edit as we do not limit the amount of pictures or length of the videos like most companies do. You can assure you will be receiving everything captured during the coverage time and not as an add-on or at additional cost.
HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK ?
First we need to collect your information in order Send you our brochure and a custom proposal. We chat and go over all details via Video Call. Once the proposal is approved we send you formal agreement via email. Finally you will sign and submit a 20% non refundable/transfereable retainer payment to lock in your wedding date. We do not hold any date without a retainer and signed contract. We reserve dates on a first come first serve basis.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK AND CAN WE PAY PART OF THE AMOUNT AFTER THE WEDDING ?
2 payments in total . 20% Retainer when signing the agreement, 80% remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. Date is not secure until retainer is paid and the contract is signed by both parties. We accept Cash,Zelle ,Bank Deposits, or ACH Chase for USA transactions. For international transactions ( outside USA ) Payoneer, Remitly or Paypal is accepted. More details in the wedding agreement. We do require full payments before the event. Payment for overtime if applicable will be billed later.
CAN WE PROVIDE YOU WITH A "SHOT LIST" OR MUST TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEO ?
Other than the formal family photos after wedding ceremony or Ideas for pre wedding engagement session, We would prefer that you didn't due to time constraints in your events ... It's very helpful to know what important relatives and friends are coming to your day, and if any events bear special significance, bur repeated requested for posed images and having us work " from a checklist " is counterproductive to the work you've seen here on our website or social media, and will result in a very different look to your final images. " Shot Lists " provide by many major wedding magazines are great idea in theory, but please understand that we generally will capture those images without prompting. Providing us with a very long list of guest for other wedding reception or pre wedding festivities will result in a lesser amount of documentary coverage and more time spent rounding up guests to check the groupings off of a list. Also providing us with a list of images you have seen on Pinterest reduces our availability to capture naturally occurring moments for you, as we would be working from a list instead of creating unique work for you.
HOW MANY STAFF MEMBERS WILL BE COVERING MY WEDDING ?
Depends on the package, most packages includes 2 photographers and 2 videographers + 1 Assistant. It is very important for us to have a full complete team for much better coverage and a much a greater final product outcome in order to produce the best photo and video product possible our client deserves.
WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE WHAT WILL THE VIDEO RESOLUTION AND PHOTOGRAPHY BE ?
We use only the latest top of the line professional Canon Mirrorless full frame cameras, Canon Super 35 Cinema cameras along with Canon Full frame mirrorless Photo camera, lenses and gear. RED, Black Magic or Sony cameras capable of shooting in Raw R3D or H265 , H264 4:22 10 bit color at up to 8k 120fps or 2k up to 480fps, 12k 60fps BRAW are also available upon request at extra cost. In addition we use flashes, soft boxes, Cinematic Drones, Sliders, Gimbals, Stedicams, Monopods, Audio Recorders, Lavaliers, Light Stands, Tripods, etc.
Our video packages by default includes a variety of shooting resolutions including 4k, 2k and Full HD. The final product is deliver in full hd. We do offer 4k and above resolution coverage at extra cost where everything is shot and delivered on the resolution of your choice.
On the photo side we shot absolutely everything in raw using up to 48 megapixels Canon Full Frame Cameras and lenses. The final product is delivered to the client on the highest jpeg resolution.possible.
WHERE IS MORGA PRODUCTIONS BASED AT ?
We are based in Cypress,TX ( Houston,TX suburb ) in USA but we are open to travel anywhere in the world to shoot your amazing event or session.
DOES THE PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES INCLUDES ADVANCE ENHANCEMENTS AND PHOTOSHOP ?
All our packages by default includes basic color correction and enhancements, no photoshop. As an add on we offer advance editing also known as Photoshop, pricing starts at $100.00 and includes advance editing such as skim blemish removal, or any kind of alterations such as adding, removing altering objects or people in the image.
ARE YOUR PACKAGES CUSTOMIZABLE AND WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM COVERAGE ?
Our packages are fully customizable , our minimum coverage is 8 hours per project for 1 day events on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and 3 hours of continuos coverage per event. 3 hours of continuos coverage per event and 1 day event on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. We also offer multiple day coverage and single day coverage packages.
WHAT'S YOUR PRICING ?
It depends, we have 3 collections to choose from which are Basic, Intermediate and Advance. Our most basic photo or video packages for up to 8 hours of coverage starts at $2,400.00 for basic packages, $2,800.00 for intermediate packages and lastly $3,200.00 for advance packages. Most of our couples invest in our most popular collection for their Photo and Video advance package an average of $6,400.00 for 1 day photo and video coverage wedding. IS YOUR PRICING NEGOTIABLE , DO YOU OFFER INCENTIVES OR DISCOUNTS ?
No, Our pricing is final and non negotiable. However, we will try our best to offer you the best value for your budget and if necessary we will help you to create the perfect custom package that will fit your project needs and budget. We do not offer any kind of discount including Military, Law Enforcement or First Responder Discounts. However, we may have seasonal discounts, perks and incentives available for eligible clients when booking a minimum photo and video bundle packages.
ARE THERE CANCELLATION FEES?
he retainer is non-refundable. A portion of the full payment may be refundable in certain situations. See contract for full details.
WHAT'S YOUR TURNAROUND ?
In most cases up to 8 - 16 weeks it all depends in the project. Alternatively, we offer 1 month fast turnaround at additional cost. We deliver everything via web link with full access to your gallery so you can share with family, friends and download your footage anywhere in the world.
HOW LONG IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK MY WEDDING DATE ?
You can book anytime, we have done last minute weddings with no issues in the past . However most couples book us anywhere in between 3 months to up to 2 years max before the event. The sooner you book the better this way you can take advantage of the current pricing at the time of signing the agreement even if the wedding takes place in another year.

WHO WILL BE EDITING MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?

IS THERE A WAY TO KNOW HOW MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS WILL TURN OUT ?
Art is extremely subjective and evolving. Every culture, couple, location and event is pretty different. Lighting , weather conditions and many more factor may impact the final outcome of your photos and video. In Morga Productions we have created a Photography & Videography structure of shooting and editing all jobs. Therefore the structure of the work you see in our portfolio would be pretty similar to what you will be getting at the end.
DO YOU DO OUT OF TOWN WEDDING AND WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?
Yes, we do. We are available worldwide. The client is responsible to arrange and cover baggage fees, transportation, food, hotel accommodations and everything associated with the trip... more details in the wedding agreement or upon request.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL I BE RECEIVING ?
Every event and culture is different we take unlimited photos in all of them. You will be receiving al the photos we captured in your event as there is no way to tell how many pictures you will be getting at the end..
CAN I PICK THE MUSIC/SONGS FOR MY VIDEOS?
Yes and No. Recently media companies have had to deal extensively with only using licensed music for commercial work. It all comes down to what is legal. Licensing music is so important to keep us legal and to keep us in good standing with music providers and Federal copyright laws. Buying a song from spotify, itunes, youtube and using it as a music track for your wedding film is illegal and can come with very hefty fines and and potential lawsuits. We generally license music from The Music Bed., if you can find a song that you like we will secure it for you as long as it fits our editing structure, style and criteria. couple have the choice of selecting their own music for the full length and short film videos only as long as the entire list is provided in advanced before the wedding day otherwise Morga Productions will select the music for your videos,. Morga Productions will select the music for Highlights and Concept Videos.
WHAT'S A SEQUENCE FILM?
These are fragments of the documentary film cut into single clean short clip. For example maybe you want to share your entire first dance, your dad speech, you best man singing or maybe your friends performance but you do not want to have your entire video online A sequence film is a great alternative to Highlights and Short Films where everything is mixed together with effects. In the Sequence Film you get to share only the portion of the video you want the people to see with no cuts and edited exactly the same way your documentary video was done.
WHAT'S A TRAILER FILM ?
This is the shortest cinematic video we offer. Usually videos last 2 minutes max and Morga Productions to select the music for this kind of video.
WHAT'S A HIGHLIGHT FILM ?
The highlight video is a cinematic video that captures best moments from the entire wedding into a striking 4 minutes film as minimum. It's like a movie trailer ! This is the video that most likely you will be sharing with all your family and friends on your social media. Morga Productions to select the music for this kind of video.
WHAT'S A SHORT FILM ?
It's a cinematic extended highlight video , usually this videos last around 2 minutes for each event. Example a video with 5 events would last around 10minutes in length. Te client has the option of selecting the music for this video as long as everything is provided 30 days in advance before the event otherwise we pick from our library.
WHAT'S A DOCUMENTARY FILM ?
A Documentary film includes only the key moments from your event such as Couple Portraits, Ceremony, Speeches, Entrances, Cake Cutting and First Dance. The client have the options of selecting the music for this video as long as everything is provided in 30 days in advance before the event otherwise we pick from our library.
WHATS AN EXTENDED DOCUMENTARY FILM ?
An extended Documentary film is an edited film of ceremonies and events of the entire wedding. A Multicam video allows the couple to enjoy the parts of the wedding they could not experience. As the years pass by and the memories start to fog a full length video is going to refresh every moment of your most cherished memories. Duration of these videos are unknown as everything shot is edited documentary style. The client has the option of selecting the music for this video as long as everything is provided 30 days in advance before the wedding day otherwise we pick from our library.
WHATS A CONCEPT VIDEO : SAVE THE DATE VIDEO, LOVE STORY VIDEO, GRAND ENTRANCE VIDEO ?
Save The Date Video It is basically a creative custom visual invitation to your audience. As a general rule, this video should be released at least 6 months before your wedding day. This is a great way to tell family and friends when and where you are getting married in a very creative emotional way. Love Story Video is a video we play during the wedding reception. Content for both videos are exactly the same. A Grand Entrance Video is the best way to Thrill,Rock and Tease your audience. Grand Entrance Video is a Getting Ready, Engagement Session video that would be played right before the Bride and Groom Enters the reception. Our wedding teaser trailers are just that, a 1 minute teaser for the main wedding film.. Before a general release of a film, there is often the release of a teaser trailer. A Wedding teaser video is a trailer that will be a captivating short introduction to the film. Their purpose is to let the audience know about their upcoming release, building the hype and the suspense. Trailers are often made while the film is still in production or being edited and as a result, they may feature scenes or alternate versions of scenes that are not in the finished film. Some teaser trailers show a quick montage of scenes from the film. The idea for a wedding film teaser trailer has come from cinema, this idea is to wet the appetite of the viewer and create an air of anticipation and suspense for the upcoming release. Live feed video is content from all the cameras and displayed by the viewer in real time on big screens or led monitors. With live feed video, all your audience is gonna be able to observe much closer what is happening in your event no matter where your guests might be standing or sitting.
WHAT IS LIVE STREAM VIDEO?
Some of your friends and family can't make it to your event? No problem. Live stream and share your special moment live online with anybody, anywhere in the world!
Streaming video is content sent in compressed form over the Internet and displayed by the viewer in real time. With streaming video or streaming media, a Web user does not have to wait to download a file to play it. Instead, the media is sent in a continuous stream of data.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AND ENGAGEMENT SESSION AND A MINI ENGAGEMENT SESSION ?
Engagement session is full photo video coverage for 3 hours with 1 photographer and 1 videographer sharing the same time and working simultaneously. A Mini Engagement Session is a short 1.5 hour session with 1 shooter which will be performing both photo and video coverage usually 45 mins of video and 45 mins of photo. Couples may be eligible to mini sessions only when booking a photo and video bundle for their wedding.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE FINAL WORK TO YOUR CLIENTS ?
Everything is delivered via private downloadable/shareable web-links media gallery good for 30 days after delivery. The work published online will remain there for unspecific period of time.
