   HOW IT WORKS
1.- BOOKING : Contact us or book us directly using this website, read the agreement and make your $50.00 retainer per property
2.- SHOOTING : A team member will arrive to capture your property 10 minutes before the starting time scheduled
3.-EDITING : Our team member immediately send the footage to our editing department and the editing process begins
4.-DELIVERY : You will receive all edited content to your email via web link, we keep all footage backed up for safety for 60 days
5.- DONE AND REPEAT... GIVE US A GOOD A REVIEW AND RECOMMEND OUR SERVICES ! :)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.-How soon Can I Schedule ?
Typically most clients book within 7 days, you can book as far as 30 days max from the shooting date

2.-Do I have to be at the property ?
We are fully self-sufficient and don’t require client attendance, but you are more than welcome to be involved in the process as much as you’d like. If you do not plan to be at the property during the appointment, just make sure to provide us with any information needed for access.

3.-How long does the coverage take ?
It varies per service but as an average is 1 hour per service 

4.-Do you shoot in the rain ? 
No, we do not

5.-Do I own the rights to my images ? 
All photos created by Morga Productions real estate are solely and exclusively owned by Morga Productions Real Estate, We grant clients the limited right to use the photos indefinitely in exchange for a one time payment for a photo appointment. This limited right can be revoked at any time. You are welcome to share your images with your clients and team members but are prohibited from reselling them or you or anybody else use it for work portfolio to promote a Real Estate Photography or Videography business.

6.-Can you deliver the photos to my client and upload to MLS ?
We will delivered the photos only to the person who booked us for the service. All content is delivered via web link on a email. Therefore, the client is responsible for uploading their content to MLS or social media. 

7.-Are duplex considered one property or one ?
If they are separate listings, this will be considered two properties

PREPARING YOUR PROPERTY
 

In order to ensure that we can provide the most attractive photos for your listing, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled shooting session, and follow the guidelines below:
 

Turn on all lights and lamps in the house

Ensure that all lights are in working order, with no burned out bulbs

Turn off all ceiling and ground fans

Check thoroughly for cleanliness and clutter throughout the house

Bathrooms - put away toiletries, toothbrushes, used towels, shampoo, soap, wastebasket, shower racks, etc.
 

Kitchen - remove dishes and clutter from counters,  magnets from refrigerator, and pet bowls, put trash can out of view.  Ensure that all counters and sinks are spot-free
 

Windows - please make sure that any windows that will be photographed uncovered are as clean as possible, without streaks
 

Put away all child items, such as high chair, booster seats, toys, etc.

Store all workout and medical equipment

Remove all pets from areas to be photographed

Have the yard freshly mowed, edged, with landscaped areas recently mulched and manicured

Trim trees as needed

Make sure leaves are blown from lawn and paved areas

Put away all outside trash cans, recycle bins, water hoses, security signs

Remove pool equipment and debris from pool and pool area

Put away all family photos, especially those of children

Please make sure no cars are parked in the driveway and in front or sides of your house

Remove any kind of signs such as " For sale or For Lease " sign

Remove any holiday items, so photos are not dated

We recomend having the nice neat clean including the driveway

Lastly When the photographer / videographer arrives please leave the property or stay across the street of your property to ensure a better, quicker and more efficient performance of our team member
