1.-WHERE ARE YOU BASED AT AND WHAT AREAS DO YOU OFFER YOUR SERVICES AT ?
We are Based In Tomball, TX ( a Houston,TX suburb ) We offer our services in all of Houston metropolitan area and worldwide

2-HOW SOON CAN I BOOK YOUR SERVICES ?
Typically most clients book within 7 days, you can book as far as 30 days max from the shooting date

3.-HOW DOES THE ENTIRE PROCESS WORK ?
BOOKING : Contact us or book us directly using this website, read the agreement and make your $50.00 retainer per property
PREPARING : We will be sending out a prep guide at the time of the booking along with your receipt of payment and confirmation
SHOOTING : A team member will arrive to capture your property 10 minutes before the starting time scheduled
EDITING : Our team member immediately send the footage to our editing department and the editing process begins
DELIVERY : You will receive all edited content to your email via web link, we keep all footage backed up for 60 days after delivery
All done & repeat , please do not forget to give us a good review and recommend our services for potential incentives. 

4.- DO I HAVE TO BE AT THE PROPERTY ?
We are fully self-sufficient and don’t require client attendance, but you are more than welcome to be involved in the process as much as you’d like. If you do not plan to be at the property during the appointment, just make sure to provide us with any information needed for access at the time of booking. We highly reccommend to have the property completely empty with no contractors, residents and pets. If this is not possible Realtor, Clients and Pets are welcome to stay in one bedroom at all times with the door closed through all the shoot

5.-DO YOU SHOOT IN THE RAIN ?
Yes, but only the inside of the property. 

6.-DO I OWN THE RIGHTS OF THE IMAGES ?
All photos created by Morga Productions Real Estate are solely and exclusively owned by Morga Productions Real Estate, We grant clients the limited right to use the photos indefinitely in exchange for a one time payment for a photo appointment. This limited right can be revoked at any time. You are welcome to share your images with your clients and team members but are prohibited from reselling them or you or anybody else use it for work portfolio to promote a Real Estate Photography or Videography business.

7.-CAN YOU DELIVER THE PHOTOS TO MY CLIENT AND UPLOAD TO MLS ? 
We will deliver the photos only to the person who booked us for the service. All content is delivered via web link on an email. Therefore, the client is responsible for uploading their content to MLS, social media or website

8.-ARE DUPLEX CONSIDERED ONE PROPERTY OR ONE ?
If they are separate listings, this will be considered two properties

9.-CAN ANY OTHER CONTRACTOS BE ONSITE WHILE YOU ARE SHOOTING ?
While we would like to be open to working around other contractors, it would inhibit our ability to provide the best quality media of your home if any other contractors were present. We ask that no one else is at the home while we are shooting

10.- DO YOU SHOOT THE ENTIRE HOUSE OR ONLY CERTAIN AREAS ?
We shoot all areas you allow us to shoot in the property except for secondary closets and the inside of Garages.

11.-HOW LONG WILL THE APPOINTMENT AND COVERAGE TAKE ?

Here are the allotted estimated appointment times based on the square footage of your home for our onsite durations assuming that the house is 100% ready in and out and there are no contractors and residents on location :
