To create the best media we need all homes to be 100% " show " ready when we arrive. The following information below provides a checklist to organize every room in your home. We will do our part... Now we ask you to please help by getting your home ready !

7 DAYS PRIOR THE SHOOT
* WE ARE OPEN TO SHOOT THE PROPERTY WHEN REQUIRED, HOWEVER WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID SCHEDULING ON TRASH DAYS
* PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE GATE CODES AND ACCESS CODES AND PERMITS TO SHOOT CLUBHOUSES, AMENITIES, ETC, WE DO NOT ACCEPT A " CALL ME OR TEXT ME WHEN YOU GET THERE " AND WE DONT GO TO APPOINTMENTS UNTIL WE HAVE THE CODE, THE BOOKING HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND THE RETAINER PAYMENT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED
* WORK AND FINISH ALL PROPERTY RETOUCHES USING THE CONTRACTORS OF YOUR CHOICE
*ENSURE THAT ALL LIGHTS ARE IN WORKING ORDER, WITH NO BURNED OUT BULBS, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO HAVE THE SAME COLOR TEMPERATURE AND INTENSITY IN ALL BULBS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE FOR BETTER RESULTS ( All incandescent or All fluorescent )
* WHEN BOOKING DRONE SERVICES PLEASE HAVE THE HOMEOWNER TO INFORM THE NEIGHTBOORS ABOUT IT TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH PEOPLE AND CONFUSIONS WHEN THE MEDIA TECHNICIAN IS AROUND. ALSO PLEASE PROVIDE HOMEOWNERS FULL NAME AND PHONE NUMBER
THE DAY BEFORE THE SHOOT
* HAVE THE YARD FRESHLY MOWED, EDGED, WITH LANDSCAPED AREAS RECENTLY MULCHED AND MANICURED TRIM TREES AS NEEDED AND MAKE SURE LEAVE ARE BLOWN FROM LAWN AND PAVED AREAS. LASTLY KEEP ALL EQUIPMENT ORGANIZED IN A ENCLOSED GARAGE OR WAREHOUSE,
* PRESSURE WASH YOUR EXTERIOR FLOORS AND KEEP ALL EQUIPMENT IN A ENCLOSED GARAGE OR WAREHOUSE
* CLEAN THE POOL SO THE WATER LOOK CRYSTAL CLEAR THE DAY OF THE SHOOT
*MAKE SURE THAT ALL CONTRACTORS ARE 100% DONE AND EQUIPMENT AND TRASH IS PUT AWAY. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY KIND OF CONTRACTOR OR SERVICES DAY OF THE SHOOT. CONTRACTORS AND EQUIPMENT SHOULD NOT BE AROUND THE DAY OF THE SHOOT.
*CLEAN THE WHOLE HOUSE ( VACUUM CARPET, SWEET AND MOP FLORS ) , DECLUTTER AND ORGANIZE THE ENTIRE HOUSE, WE DO NOT HELP TO CLEAR AND/OR CLEAN THE HOME PER OUR POLICY
THE DAY OF THE SHOOT BEFORE MEDIA TECHNICIAN ARRIVES
* IF POSSIBLE PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 1 HOUR AHEAD THE SCHEDULED SHOOTING TIME TO MEET WITH YOUR CLIENT AND PREPARE THE PROPERTY AT THE SHOOTING LOCATION AND FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES BELOW , PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HELP TO CLEAR AND/OR CLEAN THE HOME PER OUR POLICY.
*GENERAL TIPS
-Store all unwanted items inside closet cabinets or in an enclosed garage prior to media technician arrival
-Turn on all lights and lamps in the house
-Turn on all water features, lighting and fireplaces
-Turn off all ceiling fans, ground fans and all screens such as tvs, computers, tablets, cellphones, etc
-Open blinds / window treatment and line it up evenly to let in outside light
-Remove all floors rugs and mats to reveal actual flooring
-Remove all holidays items so images are not dated
-Double check for cleanliness and clutter throughout the house inside and out, all unwanted items you don't want to be photograph must be store in closed cabinets or enclosed garages. Make sure all other items that will show in the pictures are clean, properly staged and align for the images
*EXTERIOR
-Remove any of flags, propaganda, security signs, realtor signs, school signs and put them in your car or inside an enclosed garage at all times
-Keep garage and all exterior doors closet at all times
-Remove all vehicles from driveway and parked at least 5 houses away from your house so they don't show in the pictures, we do not reccommend moving the cars - across the street as they might show in some images through the windows
-Sweep off debris on walkway, lawn, driveway and porch
-Remove empty plantes and store them in the garage
-Remove all visible water houses and place them in the garage
-Remove all kind of trash cans or bins and place them in the garage
-Put way all unwanted items and put them in the garage
-Turn on all water features, lights and fireplaces
*BATHROOMS
- Put away all toiletries, toothbrushes, used towels, shampoo, soap, wastebasket, shower racks, etc.
- Clear countertops completely. No soap, toothbrushes, medications, deodorant, etc.
- Put toilet seats down
- Close closet doors
- Remove shampoo, soap, loofahs, etc. from showers and tubs
- Remove dirty towels – leave out only new, unused towels
- Remove floor mats
*BEDROOMS
-Make all beds including fluffing decorative pillows
-Press bed lines and bed skirts
-Clear under bed and night stands , store away in a enclosed cabinet or garage all personal items such as phones, tables, chargers, etc
-Remove all clutter from closets and top of dressers, organized them or store in a enclosed garage
*KITCHEN
-Remove dishes and clutter from counters and place them in dishwasher
-Remove pet bowls & food. Ensure that all counters and sinks are spot-free
-Clean outside refrigerator and remove all magnets, papers, photos, etc
-Remove hand towels, rugs, etc
-All garbage cans and bins should be placed in the garage
-Clean countertops completely. No knifes, backing supplies, etc
-Straight all bar stools and place them evenly
*LIVING ROOM / GAME ROOM / MEDIA ROOM / GYM / OFFICE / MUD ROOM / FLEX ROOM AND ALL OTHER ROOMS
-Remove all unwanted items, make sure everything is clean, organized and furniture is properly aligned
-Rearrange furniture to give room maximum space
-Remove stacks of magazines, papers, mail, etc
-Fluff and arrange pillows
-Placed away all trash, papers, and all personal stuff such as shoes, backpacks, handbags, etc
*DINING ROOM
-Remove all unwanted items, make sure everything in clean, organized and chairs/tablet are properly aligned
-Clean table, dust and polish the table top
-Straight all chairs and place them evenly
-Use a decorative setting if available
-Remove child seats, booster seats
*WINDOWS & DOORS
-Please make sure that any windows that will be photographed uncovered are as clean as possible, without streaks
*LAUNDRY ROOM
-Make sure there are no visible bottles,clothes, baskets, and trash anywhere in the area
*PETS
-Place food and water bowls in enclosed garage
-Place pet beds/toys in enclosed garage
-Use lint roller on furniture to remove pet hair and place in enclosed garage
-Contain pets in hidden crate (move to garage )
-Clear back yard of pet waste

THE DAY OF THE SHOOT MEDIA TECHNICIAN ARRIVAL ( EVERYTHING TO BE 100% DONE )
Because we respect your time and other clients time WE DO NOT HELP TO CLEAR CLEAN THE HOME PER OUR POLICY AND WE SHOOT THE PROPERTIES AS IS. We always aim to get to places 10 minutes ahead of scheduled time to meet you, set up and walk around the house before shooting so we can start right at the time scheduled. If Possible all people and pets should leave the property upon our Technician arrival to ensure a better, quicker and more efficient performance. Residents, Realtors and Pets are always welcome to stay inside the property as long as they don't interfere with our Media Technician job, follow technician specifications and remain in a single bedroom with the doors closed throughout the shoot. If leaving the property the Technician will let the client know 30 minutes before finishing to come back, if the client is not around when the technician finishes we will turn all lights off and lock all doors before leaving.
AFTER THE SHOOT AND DELIVERABLES
Quality work requires time, patience & creativity. Turn around for all work is up to 48 business hours and will be delivered via email once the entire project is ready and completed. Monday shoot to be delivered on Wednesday, Tuesday shoots to be delivered on Thursdays, Wednesday shoots to be delivered on Fridays, Thursday shoots to be Delivered on Monday Of the Following Week, Friday Shots to be delivered on Tuesday of the following week.
Business Days are Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M Central Time CST. We are closed when the following holidays fall on a business day.
