ACCESSING A PROPERTY WITH SUPRA BOX 

Accessing a Property with a Supra Box (CBS Code Required)

Since our entire team members are Media Specialist not licenced Realtors, there is one extra step required for us to access a property through a Supra lockbox. This step involves obtaining the CBS (Call Before Showing) 7 digit code, which is assigned to every Supra box.

You can easily locate this code through the eKEY app by following these steps:
 

1. Log in to your eKEY app on your smartphone or tablet.

2. Tap the Inventory icon.

3. Select the serial number of the Supra box you want the CBS code for (this will open the Keybox details).

4. Scroll down and tap Edit at the bottom of the screen.

5. Locate the Require CBS option.

6. Swipe the toggle switch to turn it green — this will display the CBS code assigned to that specific Supra box.
   
   Alternatively, If you do not have the eKEY app, check serial number of the Supra box that is on the property and HAR will provide you the code
